We collect what an order needs: your name, address, email, and payment (handled by our payment processor — card numbers never touch our servers). We keep it to fulfil your order, handle returns, and — only if you opted in — send you email about drops and restocks.

We don't sell your data. You can ask for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@nonita.ca. We answer within 30 days, as PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25 require.

Marketing email is opt-in only, and every message carries a one-click unsubscribe, as Canada's anti-spam law (CASL) requires.
